Hi! I am Janette Prokop, Certified Nurse Life Coach.

I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, along with several other degrees in nursing. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years, with nearly all of that time spent in Emergency Medicine. My extensive clinical experience includes serving as a Paramedic, a Registered Nurse, and an Advanced Practice Nurse. I have also held leadership and director roles that allowed me to coach team members and colleagues through both triumphs and challenges.

I am now shifting my practice to focus on helping others identify areas of their lives that need attention, guiding them to make meaningful improvements, and supporting them throughout the journey. Nurse Life Coaching allows me to combine my years of clinical experience and deep passion for helping people so I can continue the work I feel called to do.

I take great pride in my family being a wife, mother, and dog owner. My family and friends are the most important parts of my life. In my free time, I am a lover of travel and the outdoors. I enjoy reading, devouring podcasts, and listening to self-help audiobooks while also sprinkling a little fiction into my reading list to keep things interesting.

“I think one’s feelings waste themselves in words, they ought all to be distilled into actions and into actions which bring results”
